In other words, we are concerned about how GL2K performs the work but not the superficial extras GL2K can do (features). We are not selling the “features” but we are selling GL2K as the best tool for accountants to complete their daily work. GL2K is a flexible program that provides an interface (with shortcut keys) to input balanced vouchers systematically under a structural chart of accounts. Sufficient space is provided to handle long transaction descriptions. You can enter vouchers using the keyboard alone. Another feature is that no posting is required to produce financial statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Trial Balance. GL2K provides useful print options in printing General Ledger, Journals, Monthly Statements and Control Document Reports to fulfill an accountant’s demand. You can instantly check any account balances on-line, trace ledger movements on screen and amend the corresponding voucher under the same screen. You can also specify the different search criteria to locate those relevant transactions from hundreds or thousands of records.
