DB for Outlook 2002

DB for Outlook provides Microsoft. Excel and Outlook users to develop a database from select e-mails.

Description of DB for Outlook 2002:

• To build a directory of all Outlook folders
• To process all e-mails within selected folders to build a database automatically
• To send E-mail to individual recipients automatically

• Collect the folder names in MS Excel up to 5 levels deep.
• Allows the user to define the database builder criteria
• Provide the user to define the following search keys
  • Which folder
  • What subject
  • What in the message
• Build a database in MS Excel with field name in the first row defined automatically
• Automatically adds Auto-Filter capability to your database
