VLFormDesigner allows resizing and repositioning of its contained controls using mouse as well as keyboard. It provides this functionality even for nested controls (controls which are sited on a container which in turn is sited on VLFormDesigner). This means that you will not be forced to add a form designer on any of the container controls that you might want to use (e.g. Frames, PictureBoxes)
