Description of IPexpress:
IPexpress will eliminate the time consuming DNS lookup for getting the IP addresses for frequently accessed servers. Also, with its Hosts Blocker feature will prevent your computer to load anything from the blocked servers. IPexpress holds a local table of DNS-IP addresses and tell your browser to check that table before asking the DNS at your ISP.
