Our form processor script, written in Perl for use on both UNIX and Windows servers, is designed to collect user information from multiple online forms.

Handles multiple forms on your site with ease
Appends form data to flat-file database
Contents of form submissions can be sent to multiple e-mail recipients
Hidden form field values from referring form page control the script actions performed after form is submitted
Domain verification of the referring URL ensures that all requests originate from your domain only
Optional logging of non-fatal errors to a separate database
