Image Changer

Image Changer is an ActiveX component that manipulates picture files, allowing you to add a variety of effects as well as draw basic graphic elements on top of an image.

Description of Image Changer:

Image Changer can be used with the most popular file formats: JPEG/JFIF, BMP, TIFF, GIF, PNG, PCD, TGA, PCX.

The "Save to ASP document stream" feature makes this component very useful in web application development, enabling you to skip the creation of numerous thumbnails, generating them "on the fly" instead.

Drawing antialiased text on the image
Adjusting font name, color, size, style, quality, escapement and alignment for output text

Basic image manipulations: resample, rotate, crop, mirror, flip
Getting results for saving in binary format as Jpeg or as Bitmap
Saving results to file in Jpeg or Bitmap format
Deleting files from disk
