You can run and control mediate with just a remote control, so you no longer need to sit at your PC using a mouse or keyboard.

mediate allows you to navigate easily through your media collection using a purpose designed large screen interface at a typical tv viewing distance. If your tv is in one corner of the room and your armchair in another, mediate lets you browse your media in comfort.

Using a straightforward folder structure, mediate lets you drill down to find exactly the media you want to enjoy using just your remote control. Play, fast forward, rewind or pause your media using the remote. Play a single track or a whole album, then use the remote to skip through tracks in a playlist. Adjust the playback volume or mute all without leaving your seat.

mediate supports a wide variety of popular audio, video and image file formats including MP3, AVI, MPEG, JPEG etc. More audio and video formats can be added by installing additional freely available media codecs, so any future formats can be easily supported.
