Description of Online Pers Training:
The Intermediate Level I with no additional equipment program assumes a basic level of comfort with resistance exercises and muscle movements. Someone who previously belonged to a gym or has taken exercise classes would fall into this category. He or she should be familiar with push-ups, squats, and jumping jacks and feel comfortable executing basic versions of these moves. (Note: If you are not comfortable executing those basic moves, you should consider starting with the Beginner program.) The program focuses primarily on strength development and muscle tone with particular emphasis on core strength. The program contains four weeks of exercises based on three one-hour workouts per week. Because no equipment is used, exercises focus on using your body weight for resistance in a wide range of motions.
