The beginner program is geared towards people who have not worked out in a long time or wish to ease into an exercise program. The exercises are simple and focus on flexibility, range of motion and development of core strength. All of the exercises in this program can be done without access to a gym or equipment. It is a good place to start if you are not used to regular workouts. The program contains four weeks of exercises based on three one-hour workouts per week.
