Description of Picture Selector & PixView:

Picture Selector is a program that helps you select and group digital photos into folders and subfolders. The program is meant to be used on a single computer to help manage and sort your digital photos. The program allows you to view all or a subset of your digital photographs and transfer copies of the photos to a transfer folder. Picture Selector has an easy to use graphical user interface (GUI) that enables you to sort digital images into folders so that they can be printed or distributed as appropriate. For instance, you can use Picture Selector to select a set of pictures to either send to a photo-processing lab or to distribute to your friends and family via CD or e-mail.

PixView is an easy to use slide show program that can be used to view digital photos. It is designed so that it can be copied onto a CD along with a set of pictures and create a standalone slide show that can be shared with friends and family. PixView is intended to be used to distribute easy to use slide shows.
