TGW_Pax is a set of graphics file conversion utilities. Included is a Video Viewer/Capture utility

Description of TG_Pax:

With the included Vid_Pax Video viewer, you can capture single frames, record to AVI format, recompress AVI files from one compression method to another. Included are timed captures of AVI and auto frame capture. Depending on the capabilities of your video capture card, you can use your CamCorder, VCR, Digital Camera or most any other video equipment.

TGW_Pax contains four utilities which should meet most of your conversion needs.
