STEP 2: After payment, you will be referred to a link to download the book. Click on that link and then choose the "Save this File to Disk" option.

STEP 3: Choose the"Save in Desktop" option and click on "Save".

STEP 4: The file will be saved to your desktop in zip format, so you will need to find it (It will be named MasterfulFitness.zip) and double click on it.

STEP 5: Winzip will launch. Click on "I agree".

STEP 6: Click on "next".

STEP 7: Click on "next" again.

STEP 8: Click on "Unzip Now"

A window will open with a PDF file called MasterfulFitness. Double click on the file and prepare to improve your fitness level substantially.
